Properties are not based off of property lines, so feel free to make your property as large as you want. We typically recommend creating a property area so you can see all your trail camera locations for that property at once. Properties are used to group photos and data, so if you hunt another property miles down the road, and the animals aren't the same, we recommend adding another property.
DeerLab has customers all over the world in numerous countries. In addition, our weather services are worldwide. Before subscribing we recommend starting a free trial and testing the service out.

Our payment processing goes through a third-party processor so we never store your credit card on our servers. The system has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor, and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. In layman terms that's the most stringent level of certification available.
We protect data with the strongest encryption available. You will be the only one viewing your account unless you share your username and password with others.
Not at all. Your contact information and private data are yours and yours alone. They're safe with us. We'll email you about product updates, but you can opt out any time.
