How do I start?
Just sign-up for a free 14-day trial. We won't collect your credit card until you have decided DeerLab is the right product for you.
What happens after the 14-Day Trial?
After 14 days you will no longer be able to upload photos unless you subscribe to a monthly or annual plan.
Is there a discount for annual plans?
You bet! The annual Fawn plan is discounted $24 and if you subscribe to either the Doe, Buck or Outfitter annual plan we will give you a Cabela's eGift card good for up to $75. Note Cabela's eGift cards are for first time customers only.
Do I have to sign a contract?
DeerLab doesn't have contracts. You can cancel your account at any time.
Can I change my plan?
Yes. Feel free to upgrade or downgrade at any time.
If I cancel my plan what happens?
If you stop a paid plan all stats and photos will be deleted from our system. While we would like to keep them we are on the hook for paying storage fees.
I don’t live in the US. Can I still use DeerLab?
We have customers all over the world in numerous countries. In addition our weather services are worldwide so you should be good to go. If you're not sure weather will be pulled for your location we recommend starting a free trial and testing the service out.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept all the major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
Is my credit card information secure?
Definitely. Our payment processing goes through a third-party processor so we never store your credit card on our servers. The system has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor, and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. In layman terms that's the most stringent level of certification available.
